Tairoa Lodge is an all-inclusive private function venue, offering different options for varying group sizes from six to 140 guests. Tairoa Church Hall reflects the historic Church it was in its heyday, with the addition of cathedral-style doors, coloured feature glass and an extensive deck for indoor/outdoor flow. Two separate spaces provide a smaller area for 20 – 30 guests, and/or for pre-function gatherings. This leads to a seating area for 120 guests dining, with dance floor and indoor/outdoor flow to the lawn. Accommodation is available for out-of-town guests and a special rate is offered when combined with a function. Tairoa Church Hall offers a unique intimate venue for funerals in a tranquil, private garden setting, with off-street parking. Tairoa Church Hall relocated from its original site in Hawera and set in the grounds of Tairoa Lodge has been renovated to reflect the historic Church it was in its heyday, with the addition of cathedral-style doors and coloured feature glass. The newly adjoining function room allows theatre style seating for 200 guests.
