Accommodation Cancellation Policy

As we are a small property, last minute changes can impact our business operation. Should your circumstances change and you wish to amend your booking, we would appreciate notice as soon as possible.  If the booking is cancelled before 48 hours prior to the commencement of your stay, no charge will incur.  If the booking is not cancelled within 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge for the equivalent of one night’s accommodation to the credit card used to make the booking.  

If the booking is received from a third-party booking source you will need to contact the company you have made the booking with, to discuss your terms of your booking, cancellation and/or refund.

Function Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received no later than seven days before the event.  If, for unforeseen circumstances the function or event is cancelled closer to the date of the function, there may be a charge for food costs if they have been purchased for your function and cannot be used.
