Wraps filled with slow cooked, mexican spiced black beans and brown lentils.  Rolled & topped with a tomato concasse, parmesan cheese and baked until crisp.

Accompaniments:  Served with ‘Goldbush Micro Farm’ green salad leaves and a delicious garlic & buttered loaf from ‘Baked by Blanche’.  Top the heated Enchilada with sour cream to add freshness.

Heating Instructions

Microwave:  Place container with the lid on in the microwave & heat for 2 minutes or until warmed through and finish in the Oven preheated at 180oC, until tortilla shell is crisp (approximately 10 minutes).  Note: times may vary depending on your microwave and oven.

Garlic Butter Loaf:  Place in oven with your Enchilada for approximately 10 minutes in pre-heated oven at 180oC to heat through.
